I came from the corporate world where the stakes were high and I measured myself by my success. Over time, the weight of the expectations I’d placed on myself caught up…mind, body, and spirit. I decided to heal and that decision led to my true calling.

Along the way, I studied ancient practices from all over the world, incorporated what resonated, and built a new way of living.

I interrupted patterns that imprisoned me.

I built new core beliefs & ways of thinking.

I expanded my nervous system's capacity.
